Norris is a Handmade Gnome, also known as a Swedish "Tomte". He is a small elf like creature that likes to take up residence in your home. Norris likes to protect you from Misfortune especially at night when you are asleep.
Noris measures 8 inches in height form the tip of his hat to the bottom of his shoes.
Noris has a grey valour fabric body, and is wearing an adorable clowns Hat and frills
Noris is finished with a grey faux fur beard and he is holding a Red balloon with black bow.
