Shipping policy

All our gnomes are handmade to order and can take up to five days to complete. Especially during busy periods.  

Once your Gnome is completed your order will be marked as fulfilled and a unique Royal Mail or Evri tracking number will be emailed over to you.

Should you not receive a tracking number please contact us and we will assist you with an update with regards the status of your order.
