Norris is 12 inches tall from top to bottom, including his hat. He has a bright red body and a rainbow elf hat with an adorable rainbow attached to his hat. Norris has a beige beard and cute little shoes, and is carrying a yellow felt heart. Showing whoever receives him just how much they are loved.
